i found the service slow at times especially at the inside bar. i often felt ignored there and it seemed staff were more interested in their phones. drinks were inconsistent depending on who made them. my ipad was also taken from my bag one night the management helped with contacting the police but it wasn't recovered

I found the spacious room quite nice with views of the garden and beach. the all-inclusive buffet had a lot of variety at each meal. i especially enjoyed the drinks at the bars. The bartenders worked very hard. the pool and beach were fantastic, very clean and accessible.

the music from the animation activities was loud. it would have been great if they considered guests who prefer a quieter environment. i thought soundproofing could have.

the animation team was so cheerful and active. every show and activity was full of fun. the restaurant offered many tasty food options. the housekeeping team kept our king suite sea view perfect.

the alcohol was very weak at the pool bar. i waited 15 minutes for a drink. i eventually complained and received premium beer free.

A wonderful stay

Abdelrazek was amazing he was always polite when asking about cleaning and happy to return later the cleaning was superb with funny gestures left overall the hospitality of the staff was warm. The hotel had very good vibes the quality of the rooms was high and there were many restaurants.

Only local alcohol was included in the all inclusive package meaning Scottish whiskey cost extra.
